Cancellation Policy
I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. If you cancel same day or no-show I charge 100% of the service. I have a 15 minute late policy, if you are later than 15 minutes to your appointment you are considered a no-show. I offer free fixes within one week of the appointment and no refunds.
